Ammonite, a dramatic duration piece predicament by the sea, may perhaps perhaps no longer be more romantic if it tried in its first trailer.

In conserving with a appropriate chronicle, the movie stars Kate Winslet as British paleontologist Mary Anning and Saoirse Ronan as Charlotte Murchison, a girl with „melancholia“ whose husband has paid Anning to bring alongside as she searches for fossils on the flit. That bubbling appeal between Anning and Murchison is so clear and tough in this trailer, and with the backdrop of these two working together beside the sea, the spark is so palpable.

Ammonite premiers at the Toronto Global Film Competition on Sept. 11.
