Waititi won only tailored screenplay at the Academy Awards in February

Oscar-successful movie-maker Taika Waititi will divulge and co-write a recent Large name Wars movie to be launched in cinemas.

Waititi won an Academy Award earlier this twelve months for World Warfare Two movie Jojo Rabbit, and is also acknowledged for making Wonder’s Thor: Ragnarok.

He’s going to jot down the unnamed movie with Scotland’s Krysty Wilson-Cairns, who used to be nominated for an Oscar for 1917.

Within the intervening time, US author Leslye Headland is developing a recent series for Disney+, the carrier’s fourth tiny-show cloak scoot-off.

The Mandalorian is already streaming, and gave Waititi his introduction to the Large name Wars universe when he directed the series one finale and voiced the droid IG-11.

Novel series are also being made for Disney+ about Obi-Wan Kenobi and Cassian Andor.

On the spacious show cloak, other Large name Wars movies at the second deliberate encompass a trilogy masterminded by The Closing Jedi director Rian Johnson; and another scoot-off created by Wonder Studios boss Kevin Feige.
